Our Trailblazers team are a friendly, professional & loyal team who continuously strive to achieve & exceed the targets and challenges that are brought before them.

Our mission is to bring about positive change for young people.

We strongly believe that all young people should feel valued and empowered to achieve their goals in a positive and safe environment, where their success knows no limits or boundaries.

Our team excels in having strong people skills, with a proven ability to engage with young people through our relentless commitment to ensuring that they begin to unlock their own potential.

The process is taken step by step, by engaging the person, building relationships based on trust, honesty and stability, and moving forward at a pace that they feel comfortable with.

We pride ourselves in the ability to connect with persistent young offenders, people in care, young people that have been displaying anti social behaviour, and hard to reach young people, where possibly other workers or authorities have failed to build a positive relationship previously.

All of the team at Trailblazers have undertaken & passed the CRB checks, and have a full history of reference checks. (Available on request). All of the activities undertaken with young people adhere to the government Every Child Matters Policy, and are conducted within the boundaries of Health and Social Care, youth work and Child Protection.
