Outreach support service is extensive and flexible we have listed below a few of the key elements within outreach support which can be put into a tailor made package for a client. We offer outreach support for young people living in children’s homes, semi independent units, with foster families, at home with their families and young people in care in general. This support reaches as far out into schools colleges and other establishments.
Life skills training for young people which entails environmental health, filling out basic documents, budgeting, communication skills and involving domestic house hold duties, who to contact in an emergency and basic health and safety around the home and enhancing capabilities of the outside environment.
24 Hr Appropriate Adult Service
Child protection certified staff members who attend police stations at short notice if necessary and act as appropriate adults for the interview process.
